Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or replacement, a clear unboxing video is required.

The video must:

Start before opening the package

Clearly show the shipping label and sealed package

Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits

Clearly display the product and the issue (damage, defect, wrong item)

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the claim.

Eligible Reasons for Return

You can request a return or replacement if:

You received a damaged product

You received a defective product

You received the wrong item

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind or dislike of the product

Minor color/size variation due to screen differences

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Return Process

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and unboxing video.

Our team will verify your request.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item, Woo Wee will cover the return shipping cost.
